About the role
- You shape a modern welcoming culture that places the wellbeing of our members and guests at the center and make their time at our Hofgut even more enjoyable through digital services.
- You care for, recruit and support our members and guests with commitment and passion.
- You ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- As a point of contact, you are available for all areas of the golf facility – from administration to course operations.
- You coordinate the activities of our greenkeeping contractor while monitoring quality and deadlines.
- You plan and organize both the on-course operations and the processes in the club office.
- You run tournaments, events and marketing activities with creativity and strong organizational skills.
- You maintain and expand external partnerships, e.g. sponsors, partner clubs, associations and media.
- You update our club website and social media channels so that our content is always presented attractively.
- You actively drive the digitization of our business processes and contribute new ideas.
- You implement measures for the medium- and long-term development of the golf club.
- You reliably coordinate maintenance and renovation work.
- You take on budget planning, controlling and prepare meaningful reports for management.
Requirements
- You have a completed commercial, business administration or tourism qualification, ideally supplemented by an additional qualification in sports or event management.
- You bring experience in golf or golf management and have a passion for sport and the leisure industry.
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking.
- You are proficient with MS Office, Excel and club management software such as PC Caddie.
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and are convincing through strong communication skills and a high level of customer and service orientation.
- You are flexible regarding work hours related to golf operations, including weekends and public holidays.
- You communicate confidently in German; English skills are an advantage.
