About the role
- Represent clients in workers' compensation defense cases from initial claim to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.

- Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active California State Bar license in good standing.
- 3+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for client advocacy.
