About the role

  • Content Production and Editing:
  • - Video Editing: Edit and finalize strategic videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts and VSL - Video Sales Letter), applying dynamic cuts, captions, effects and soundtracks to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • - Social Media Graphics: Create high-quality static graphics aligned with the visual identity for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • - Technical Optimization: Ensure all projects (video, web and graphics) follow platform formats, technical requirements and SEO/UX best practices.
  • Visual Identity and Web Design:
  • - Visual Identity: Develop and implement complete visual identities, including logos, color palettes and style guides, ensuring brand cohesion across all touchpoints.
  • - Web Design: Create layouts and develop/maintain functional, attractive websites, with practical experience in WordPress.
  • Operational Support:
  • - Assist with copy review to ensure cohesion between text and design.
  • - Stay up to date on design, social media and web trends to propose innovations.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently studying for or holding a degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Advertising, Marketing, Multimedia or related fields.
  • Experience: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating visual identities, web design/WordPress, and editing videos for social media (shorts and VSL).
  • Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut and Canva Pro.
  • WordPress: Hands-on experience with WordPress (building sites, themes, plugins).
  • Platforms: Strong familiarity with formats and trends on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Availability: Available from 9:00 to 18:00 (Mon–Fri).
  • Equipment: Must have own work equipment (desktop or laptop).
