About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Experience selling Financial Services to small/large sized businesses
  • Assist and manage negotiation, presentation, and business development for clients
  • Responsible for hitting key target metrics including revenue, volume, conversion %’s, and monthly quotas
  • Develop relationships with customers and generate new business through targeted outbound calling
  • Communicate with partners daily, while keeping brand image top of mind
  • Consistently follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline
  • Research, analyze and provide background information on potential clients
  • Work in a team atmosphere by communicating with sales department and merchants
  • Track and manage upwards of 50 prospects at different stages of the sales cycle
  • Stay current with industry trends to understand market dynamics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Diploma required, college degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT, Fin-Tech, SaaS, and/or consultative sales.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability and desire to work in a rapid-paced environment.
  • Experience achieving metric and quality performance.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Effective at communicating clearly and adaptability.
  • Experience with administrative tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
