About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts
  • Drive revenue and own the full cycle sales process including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business with customers
  • Provide recommendations based on a customer’s business needs and usage patterns
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to qualify leads and sales opportunities
  • Handle inbound customer communication and escalate issues appropriately
  • Collaborate with different members (Underwriting, Leadership, etc.) to build strategic financial plans
  • Educate customers about the value of Cash Advance
  • Develop trusted relationships to create win-win sales scenarios
  • Effectively manage a pipeline within a defined sales process
  • Communicate the status of a deal to internal management with realistic timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and job experience preferred
  • 1+ years of prior full sales cycle experience, ideally in Financial Services and/or consultative sales
  • Experience collaborating with internal sales teams
  • Experience selling can be used across multiple products and industries
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders including Legal, IT, Security, and Finance
  • Understanding of and experience with CRM programs (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to compute basic business math
