About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts
- Drive revenue and own the full cycle sales process including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business with customers
- Provide recommendations based on a customer’s business needs and usage patterns
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to qualify leads and sales opportunities
- Handle inbound customer communication and escalate issues appropriately
- Collaborate with different members (Underwriting, Leadership, etc.) to build strategic financial plans
- Educate customers about the value of Cash Advance
- Develop trusted relationships to create win-win sales scenarios
- Effectively manage a pipeline within a defined sales process
- Communicate the status of a deal to internal management with realistic timelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and job experience preferred
- 1+ years of prior full sales cycle experience, ideally in Financial Services and/or consultative sales
- Experience collaborating with internal sales teams
- Experience selling can be used across multiple products and industries
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders including Legal, IT, Security, and Finance
- Understanding of and experience with CRM programs (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to compute basic business math
