About the role
- Experience selling Financial Services to small/large sized businesses
- Assist and manage negotiation, presentation, and business development for your clients
- Responsible for hitting key target metrics including revenue, volume, conversion %’s, monthly quotas
- Develop relationships with customers and generate new business through proactive targeted outbound calling
- Communicate with trusted partners daily, while keeping Kapitus’ brand image top of mind
- Consistently follow up on leads and maintain active pipeline daily
- Research, analyze and provide background information on potential clients
- Work in a team atmosphere by communicating with sales department and merchants in both written and verbal form
- Track and manage upwards of 50 prospects at different stages of the sales cycle
- Stay current with industry trends to understand market dynamics
Requirements
- Diploma required, college degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT, Fin-Tech, SaaS, and/or consultative sales
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability and desire to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Experience achieving metric and quality performance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Effective at communicating clearly and adaptability
- Experience with administrative tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
