Digital transformation is at the heart of what we do — paper bureaucracy? Not here! We digitized the tax consulting sector from the start and have been setting new standards with our innovative web-based online accounting application since the early days of the internet. And we have much more planned!
Our vision: We want to shape the future of tax consulting and become even more efficient and user-friendly. We are already developing an app that will allow our clients to submit receipts easily and have them automatically posted — but that is only the beginning!
If you have experience in the IT industry, the ability to drive projects independently and with passion, and are ready to support us through an exciting change process, then you are exactly the person we are looking for.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in the IT industry: You have a solid understanding of IT processes and projects. Which specific specialization you bring is secondary to us — we value versatility and broad knowledge.
Project management and ownership: You can independently and purposefully steer projects, keep the big picture in mind while also not losing sight of the details. You are able to coordinate complex software projects and align the interests of all stakeholders.
Change management: You are motivated to support the implementation of our vision and bring your own ideas and innovations that help us move forward.
Team spirit and collaboration: You are a true team player who values exchange with colleagues and works together to find solutions. We place great importance on a respectful and supportive working environment.
