About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively manage implementation projects end to end, including solution design, documentation, planning, and client workshops
- Take responsibility for project planning, progress tracking, and identifying and resolving risks and issues across concurrent implementations
- Manage internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Tech
- Manage external C-Level stakeholders, including CFOs, CTOs, and CEOs
- Handle technical questions and implementation issues with Product Management and Development
- Identify and execute improvements to the implementation process
- Own client go-live and handover
- Collaborate daily with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations
- Report to the Product Implementation Team Manager
- Be accountable for the revenue associated with each go-live
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years managing projects in finance, consulting, or professional services
- Confident leading client workshops and managing C-Level stakeholders
- Solid understanding of business finance and FX or currency markets
- Fluent in English; Italian, Spanish, or German are a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine curiosity for technology and ability to discuss Kantox solutions at a reasonably technical level
- Attention to detail and resilience under time pressure across multiple concurrent projects
- EU work authorisation is a plus; visa sponsorship available
- Prior experience in a fintech, treasury, or FX-adjacent environment is nice to have
- Experience with ERP or TMS systems such as SAP is nice to have
- Prior implementation or onboarding experience is nice to have
- Experience building or improving an implementation process from the ground up is nice to have
