About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run discovery through client calls, hypothesis validation, and market insight
- Own and nurture an insight-driven product backlog with clear prioritisation
- Write structured product requirements documents and make product decisions
- Participate actively in scrum ceremonies and stay close to the development process
- Define and track OKRs for the product area
- Document new features and train internal teams when shipping
- Communicate product updates across the company
- Own one Dynamic Hedging product variant and support the growth of another
- Collaborate with engineering, data, sales, and client success teams
- Bring the customer voice into product development for CFO and Treasurer clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years of product experience
- Background in treasury or corporate finance
- Proven track record of running discovery, writing PRDs, and delivering in a structured PDLC
- Scrum-certified or equivalent hands-on agile experience
- Autonomous, accountable, and outcome-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Embraces AI as part of daily work and learning
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance is stated; CFA or similar is a plus
- Fintech or financial services experience is a plus
