About the role
- Full-time Implementation Project Manager in Barcelona office responsible for onboarding DACH/German-speaking clients
- Scope, plan, and implement Kantox Currency Management Automation software solutions with corporate clients
- Lead clients in defining and implementing business strategy using Kantox solutions, engaging with C-Level stakeholders
- Master the implementation framework to ensure project deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones; monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Be the key link between clients and technology, managing the entire implementation process
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular status reports
- Aim to provide excellent customer experience and minimise time to revenue
Requirements
- Native German and English-speaking
- At least 3+ years of professional experience in a B2B, client-facing Project Management role
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to lead discussions with senior stakeholders
- Highly organised with a structured way of working and attention to detail
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic, demanding environment
- Proactive, curious, and takes initiative to learn the business
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience and in-depth technical skills working with ERP or TMS (big plus)
- Previous experience in similar implementation role, knowledge of SAP or other ERP/TMS systems, or a background in Finance/FinTech (appreciated)
- Permission to work within the EU is a plus
