About the role

  • Full-time Implementation Project Manager in Barcelona office responsible for onboarding DACH/German-speaking clients
  • Scope, plan, and implement Kantox Currency Management Automation software solutions with corporate clients
  • Lead clients in defining and implementing business strategy using Kantox solutions, engaging with C-Level stakeholders
  • Master the implementation framework to ensure project deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones; monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Be the key link between clients and technology, managing the entire implementation process
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular status reports
  • Aim to provide excellent customer experience and minimise time to revenue

Requirements

  • Native German and English-speaking
  • At least 3+ years of professional experience in a B2B, client-facing Project Management role
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to lead discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised with a structured way of working and attention to detail
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic, demanding environment
  • Proactive, curious, and takes initiative to learn the business
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience and in-depth technical skills working with ERP or TMS (big plus)
  • Previous experience in similar implementation role, knowledge of SAP or other ERP/TMS systems, or a background in Finance/FinTech (appreciated)
  • Permission to work within the EU is a plus
