The Opportunity: This is a high-impact role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Reporting directly to our VP of GTM Strategy & Operations, you'll shape critical aspects of Kandji’s go-to-market motion—ranging from sales strategy and compensation design to overarching business planning—directly influencing both revenue and operational efficiency. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, excels at analytical problem-solving, and is eager to make a tangible impact by rolling up their sleeves on deep data projects. At the same time, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Marketing, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that will define Kandji’s next phase of growth. This visibility and direct access to senior stakeholders will enable you to drive meaningful change at both the tactical and executive levels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, sales operations, or finance, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment Expert-level analytical skills – Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Mode) with the ability to manipulate large datasets and derive meaningful insights Strategic mindset – Proven ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes Sales strategy & planning experience – Understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, sales productivity, and territory design Compensation experience – Strong grasp of sales compensation design, incentive structures, and commission modeling Strong communication & stakeholder management – Ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights and effectively engage with senior leaders A hands-on approach – Willingness to get deep into the numbers while also keeping a strategic lens on the bigger picture
