About the role
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical and business goals

Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1+ or native)
- Basic Spanish communication skills
- Mid-Level experience (4 - 6 years) in advanced technical support, solutions engineering, or customer success engineering roles
- Proficiency in Docker and Docker Compose
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes in deployment environments
- Advanced Linux skills (bash, network management, permissions, troubleshooting)
- Experience in remote server management
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Basic notions of security, risk analysis, and vulnerabilities
- Exceptionally clear, assertive, and patient communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and contexts
