Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, produce and execute Kaizen's marketing actions.
Plan the editorial calendar.
Define topics, themes, formats, and posting schedules.
Produce institutional and commercial content.
Manage social media posts and interactions.
Plan, execute and optimize paid traffic campaigns.
Monitor the performance of posts and campaigns.
Prepare monthly management reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
Experience managing social media.
Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience in B2B marketing or international trade.
Knowledge of graphic design.
Intermediate English (reading and writing).
Experience with CRM tools.
