Ensure data integrity during migration from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

Business Acumen
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements ensuring end ‑ to ‑ end needs are met
Demonstrating active listening through clear and concise communication
Strong collaboration and team building skills
Comfortable leading working sessions across business, finance, IT and QA teams; bridging non-technical and technical teams
Managing expectations during high-impact transformation initiatives
Working independently
Ability to work with little supervision aligning to project plans and delivery timelines with quality
Detail orientation
Comfortable diving deep into reports and other artifacts to build documentation to meet client specifications, i.e., Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Change Requirements Documents (CRDs), user stories, etc.
Adaptable
Comfortable and successful working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong analytic skills
Ability to analyze business asks and translate requirements into clearly defined technical solutions and user stories
Validate solutions through UAT and confirm alignment with expected business outcomes
SQL (writing complex queries, joins, aggregations)
Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis)
Experience working with databases and data warehouses, data mapping, lineage, and transformation logic
