About the role
- Serve as a primary liaison between client stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.
- Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements across billing, finance, operations, and reporting.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Elite 3E reports, dashboards, workflows, and functional configurations.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
- Support project planning activities, including scope definition, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and change impact assessments.
- Create and deliver end-user training, release notes, and reference documentation.
- Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting in collaboration with finance, operations, IT, and vendor teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow established project management methodologies.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on Elite 3E experience , including reporting and functional configuration.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation, analytics, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of law firm finance processes (billing, AR/AP, general ledger, timekeeping).
- Proven experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and testing.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a consulting or project-based environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with finance, operations, IT, and external vendors.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Confluence or Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Experience with Salesforce (reports, objects, workflows, integrations).
- Prior consulting experience preferred.
- Exposure to system migrations, data conversions, or major ERP upgrades.
- This role requires authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
