Key responsibilities & impact

Execute organic marketing efforts
Support planning and execution of organic social content (Facebook + Instagram)
Monitor engagement and help ensure timely, thoughtful responses
Identify opportunities to participate in relevant online conversations
Improve and publish content
Enhance blog content in WordPress (Elementor)
Add visuals, improve formatting, and strengthen internal linking
Support content organization and overall site experience
Coordinate and track marketing activity
Help keep marketing efforts organized and on schedule
Track key activities and flag where follow-up or attention is needed
Prepare simple updates to help the team prioritize
Support Head of Marketing as needed
Take ownership of tasks that don’t have a clear owner
Adapt quickly as priorities shift in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive, self-starter mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
Clear, effective written communication
Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Experience with organic social media for a business (Facebook + Instagram)
Familiarity with WordPress (Elementor preferred)
Experience creating visuals in Canva
Comfort working in spreadsheets or simple tracking systems
Experience using Asana (or comparable task management software) to track tasks, update progress, and manage deadlines
Experience using AI to expedite work, conduct analysis, and more
