About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • In this position you are the central point of contact for our operational and digital processes.
  • You review existing workflows, outline new cross-functional processes, and translate business stakeholders’ requirements into clear concepts for our development team.
  • You analyze, question, and map existing and new business processes (e.g., to integrate on-site appointments with digital services).
  • You act as a communication bridge between occupational health, occupational safety, and our internal IT/software team.
  • You manage cross-functional projects from the initial idea through to successful implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in management consulting or in a comparable role.
  • Strong IT & digital understanding: You don’t need to be able to code, but you understand how software functions.
  • Analytical, inquisitive mindset: You have the ability to ask the right questions and to sketch processes logically and visually.
  • Cross-functional thinking: You can quickly adopt the perspective of an occupational physician, a safety specialist, and a software developer.
  • Strong communication skills: You confidently and purposefully mediate conflicts or differing priorities between tech and non-tech teams in German.
