Group Sales Trainer, Talent Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with Sales Managers to understand development needs
- Design and deliver engaging, practical sales training and coaching
- Support and deliver onboarding programmes and Sales Academies
- Contribute to management development, soft skills and early careers programmes
- Deliver training using a blend of face-to-face and digital learning methods
- Monitor feedback and outcomes to continuously improve training quality
- Build effective working relationships across Sales and HR teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience delivering training or L&D within a sales or commercial environment
- Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills
- Good understanding of sales environments and performance development
- Experience of blended learning approaches, including e-learning
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
