Key responsibilities & impact- Lead M&A and growth transactions with senior clients
- Involve in financial modelling and business valuations
- Draft key documents including IMs and client presentations
- Attend meetings with clients, other advisors and funders
- Support project management of transactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Part or Fully Qualified Accountant
- Background in large Accountancy Practice, boutique Corporate Finance Practice or Investment Bank
- Experienced in Audit / Accounts
- Some exposure to Corporate Finance
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Ability to create compelling and creative PowerPoint presentations
- Good communication skills
