About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate in an agile development team and support the entire software development lifecycle, including CI/CD and quality metrics, for products in the field of secure communications with a focus on tactical radio communications
- Develop code and scripts to automate the release creation process
- Take responsibility for the work packages agreed within the Scrum team, taking deadlines and costs into account
- Coordinate with other development teams and support them with CI/CD
- Conduct code reviews to promote knowledge sharing within the team and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor current technology trends and proactively contribute new ideas to solution development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable field of study, or equivalent vocational training
- Several years of experience in software development and DevOps
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems
- Pronounced interest in new technologies and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and explain them clearly
- Enjoy working in a team and willingness to actively share knowledge
- Experience with Python, CI/CD (Git/GitLab), Docker, CMake, Unix/Linux, Grafana, databases, and (Rust)
