About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as part of an agile development team and support the entire software development lifecycle, including CI/CD and quality metrics, for products in the Secure Communications domain with a focus on tactical radio communications
Develop code and scripts to automate the release creation process
Take responsibility for the work packages agreed within the Scrum team, considering schedule and cost constraints
Coordinate with other development teams and provide support regarding CI/CD
Conduct code reviews to promote knowledge sharing within the team and continuous improvement
Monitor current technology trends and proactively contribute new ideas to solution development

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a comparable field, or equivalent vocational training
Several years of experience in software development and DevOps, with an interest in contributing to state-of-the-art software solutions
Solid experience with Linux systems
Strong interest in new technologies and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and explain them clearly
Enjoy working collaboratively in a team and willingness to actively share knowledge
Experience with Python, CI/CD (Git/GitLab), Docker, CMake, Unix/Linux, Grafana, databases, (Rust)
