About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently plan, execute and manage development activities for complex devices and systems in the aerospace industry
- Responsible for concept development and implementation of partitioning functions between software and hardware
- Define and coordinate requirements for design, sizing, necessary verification and certification with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and review project-specific documentation
- Support the creation and harmonization of work and schedule plans, cost estimates and task definitions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Professional experience in the development of complex, safety-critical electronic systems in the aviation/aerospace sector
- Knowledge of electronics development at the hardware or software level
- Assertiveness, implementation strength and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and IBM DOORS
