Service Technician, Field Service – Autonomous Mobile Robots

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform service calls, commissioning, and technical support for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and tugger trains
- Analyze technical faults and carry out maintenance work
- Calibrate and test vehicles to ensure operational readiness
- Collaborate with software development and project management
- Lead training sessions for users and service personnel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical vocational training (e.g., Industrial Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in similar field service roles as a service technician is a plus
- High willingness to travel (80%)
- Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- High sense of responsibility and a structured, independent working style
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
