About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform service calls, commissioning, and technical support for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and tugger trains
Analyze technical faults and carry out maintenance work
Calibrate and test vehicles to ensure operational readiness
Collaborate with software development and project management
Lead training sessions for users and service personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical vocational training (e.g., Industrial Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician) or equivalent qualification
Experience in similar field service roles as a service technician is a plus
High willingness to travel (80%)
Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
High sense of responsibility and a structured, independent working style
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
