About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, produce, and publish creative content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) across our social media channels
- Spot the latest trends and adapt them with humor and style to engage our target audiences (both teenagers and parents) across relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Engage with our community and actively drive high engagement
- Independently plan influencer trips across Europe, coordinating directly with our local accommodation and language school partners
- Support execution of our marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and awareness
- Accompany our team to events (e.g., trade fairs) and create LinkedIn content to strengthen our employer branding
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are organized, structured, and passionate about strategically developing and growing a brand
- You are a digital native and spend (maybe a little too) much time on TikTok and Instagram
- You enjoy intercultural communication and thrive when working with people from different backgrounds
- Strong command of English is required, and fluency in one of the following languages is also required: German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian
- Mandatory internship: This internship is required as part of your studies/university program
- Minimum duration: The internship runs for at least 3 months (13 weeks); longer durations are welcome
