Key responsibilities & impact

Justera is currently recruiting a Mid-level Unity Software Engineer on behalf of one of our key clients in the Gaming industry.
This role involves architectural evolution by incrementally building and delivering technical architecture improvements to the game's core codebase.
Technical collaboration with the Game Architect and Tech Leads to explore, investigate, and deliver robust technical solutions.
Act as a proactive team member, actively contributing to the evolution and optimization of the team’s planning and ways of working.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep knowledge of C# and extensive development experience within Unity.
Proven experience with code refactoring, systems development, and a strong software engineering mindset.
A firm grasp of core software engineering principles, specifically SOLID.
Strong alignment with and understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
Comfortable facing the unknown and diving into highly exploratory technical tasks.
A collaborative team player with strong self-leadership, a proactive 'can-do' attitude, and a solid sense of business impact.
A Degree in Engineering or an equivalent 4-year technical field.
Full professional proficiency in English is required.
