About the role

  • Conceptualize, design and adapt still and motion ad creatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the creative team to develop ideas and produce platform-specific adaptations for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Create platform-native variants, iterate quickly and ensure quality
  • Work with the media team to develop creative A/B tests and continuously optimize creatives
  • Coordinate closely with our post-production team and independently create motion ad creatives (e.g., using Bannerify or After Effects)
  • Maintain and develop Figma and Cape templates
  • Produce and adapt booklets and execute your own graphic projects for our clients

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in art direction/design with a social or commerce focus (agency or brand)
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and solid skills in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and presentation tools (Keynote/PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of lower-funnel mechanics (offers, value propositions, CTAs, platform specifics) and a feel for concise headlines
  • Ability to work independently with a strong team spirit and a confident presence in client-facing situations — supported by our senior team
  • High design standards, comfortable in various visual styles and detail-oriented with layouts and aesthetics
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Nano Banana, VEO 3) — prompts, image and video generation are not new to you
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
