About the role
- Analyze judicial cases submitted by clients, verifying their compliance with JusCash's internal policies
- Coordinate the review of advance requests submitted by external collaborators and verify they comply with JusCash's internal policy, with the aim of validating transaction conclusions and updating the legal control software
- Review and critique the analysis procedure, identifying and reporting opportunities to improve the review process for advance requests
- Respond to technical requests from the company's commercial/sales team
- Provide technical clarifications for questions from the commercial/sales team
- Assist with other tasks related to JusCash's legal department
Requirements
- Currently studying Law or already hold a Law degree
- Minimum of 6 months of active experience in consumer debt enforcement proceedings
- Minimum of 2 years' overall experience in case tracking, routine legal administrative procedures, drafting documents and legal pleadings, and conducting legal research on court websites across Brazil
- Experience using systems that employ KANBAN methodology, including data entry and data management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity and conciseness
