Work alongside the Director of Implementation to drive client success.
Support the team with multiple onboardings and training sessions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You’ve autonomously onboarded multiple, multi-layer customers in parallel to some kind of service or platform.
You’ve worked to and consistently delivered on team targets.
You’re proactive in learning new technical or AI-oriented concepts and then apply them to your work with customers.
You’re “legal-curious,” i.e. interested in how contracts and law intersect with tech.
Bonus points if: You've worked in a fast-growing AI or SaaS startup.
You've worked with Salesforce, Greenhouse, HubSpot, Workday or an API.
