About the role
- You inspire companies and their advisors, such as tax firms and auditors, with our market-leading digital products and services.
- You manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact and proposal preparation to final contracting.
- You identify potential customers and contact them by phone — either through targeted cold calling or as part of ongoing marketing campaigns.
- You leverage cross- and up-selling opportunities with existing customers, convert trial users into paying customers, and actively respond to inbound inquiries.
- You communicate persuasively and provide professional advice on our digital products — from first contact to successful contract conclusion.
- You strategically prepare customer conversations through thorough research and develop individual communication approaches.
- You reliably document your activities in our systems and keep customer and order data up to date at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in telesales or telephone-based outbound sales, ideally with digital products or SaaS solutions
- (Career) changers and entry-level candidates with an affinity for the role and a motivated personality are also welcome
- Familiarity with our target groups — tax advisors, firms, or medium-sized companies — is desirable but not required
- You enjoy building strong customer relationships and selling an innovative product that elevates how users work
- You can persuade people through effective communication and have a focused, results-oriented working style
- Willingness to learn about our digital solutions
- Very good command of spoken and written German.
