About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead deep discovery to map how prospects manage fund structures, data flows, and investor operations — and build the case for exactly where Juniper Square creates leverage
- Deliver tailored, high-conviction demos to technical and executive audiences, in-person and virtually, centering on business outcomes
- Build proof of concepts that mirror prospect realities with precision — fund structures, performance behaviors, investor workflows — so the path forward is unmistakable
- Command complex objections with fluency, often in real time and without a net
- Own RFP responses that give us a clear edge
- Maintain deep fluency in our product roadmap so you can sell on vision as confidently as current functionality
- Be the commercial voice in product and go-to-market conversations — translating what prospects need into what we build and how we bring it to market
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–10+ years in private markets, financial technology, or solutions consulting — you have genuine depth in how GPs and their operations teams work
- In-depth knowledge of private equity, venture capital, and real assets; private credit operations experience is a meaningful differentiator
- A relentless problem-solver — you get to the root of prospect challenges and don't let go
- Exceptional communication skills across the full range: executive storytelling, technical depth, written precision
- Low ego, high standards
- Comfortable with frequent travel (at least once a month) and an environment that moves fast and changes often
