About the role
- Manage the COO's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and time management
- Serve as a key liaison, facilitating clear and proactive communication across teams and departments
- Track and coordinate COO-led projects to ensure timely execution and follow-through
- Organize travel and handle corporate expense reporting
- Coordinate and plan team events, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives
- Optimize internal meetings by setting agendas, gathering resources, and managing pre- and post-meeting communications
- Create polished presentations, documentation, and strategic communications for the Revenue Organization
- Maintain structured processes and organized systems to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment
- Proactively identifies and addresses problems with minimal supervision
- Experienced in handling confidential information
- Capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
- Comfortable taking initiative
- Proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experienced in planning and coordinating events
- Familiar with corporate travel and expense reporting
- Adapts well to fast-paced work settings
- Maintains composure, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Responds effectively to inquiries from executive leadership and stakeholders via phone, written communication, and in person
- Ideally based in the NYC / NJ (Tri-State) area
