About the role

  • Implementation of the initial sample complaint process up to SOP
  • Control and monitoring of special releases up to SOP and 6 months after SOP
  • Planning, initialization, control and monitoring of maturity level assurance according to prioritization of the parts tracking list
  • Control and monitoring of external change requests up to SOP and 6 months after SOP
  • Carrying out process audits (element 2, 3, 4) as part of maturity level assurance (component acceptance, Run@Rate)
  • Support in and further development of the supplier selection process
  • Processing of assigned PPAP chapters

Requirements

  • Technical studies
  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience (ideally automotive)
  • Quality methods (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, APQP, PPAP, FMEA Moderation, Six Sigma and relevant experience in lean production (e.g. value stream mapping, maturity level assurance))
  • Trained VDA 6.3 auditors
  • Specialist knowledge of manufacturing processes specific to product groups experiences in design to manufacture
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • High willingness to travel (national / international)
