About the role
- Create and maintain document templates in our system
- Support platform configurations for new and existing customers
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product and Tech teams
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Media Informatics, Digital Business or a related field
- Strong technical aptitude
- Experience with template and modular/builder systems is a plus
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Proactive, self-motivated, and responsible
