About the role

  • Contribute to the creation and distribution of video content and stories
  • Document on-the-ground activity: explorations, encounters, experiences
  • Produce and edit short, embodied formats (Stories, Reels, raw footage clips)
  • Highlight gestures, places, people and ongoing learning
  • Animate community spaces (groups, channels, comments)
  • Spark conversation without forcing it
  • Take part in the season's editorial decisions

Requirements

  • Very comfortable with short-form video (mobile-first)
  • Strong sense of narrative (know what to show and what to leave out)
  • Good command of social platforms (Instagram prioritized)
  • Ability to capture reality quickly in the field
  • Autonomy and a proactive mindset
  • Curiosity before expertise
  • Comfortable with doubt, incompleteness and exploration
  • Sensitivity to social topics
  • Respectful and attentive toward people being filmed
  • Ability to step back and let the experience take center stage
