About the role
- Advising, supporting and assisting managers and employees on all HR-related matters
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding
- Developing modern recruiting strategies and leveraging digital tools for targeted talent outreach

- Leading and implementing HR projects
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in a small-to-medium-sized enterprise (SME)
- Advisory-capable, strong communicator with a confident presence and a high service orientation
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Passion for modern HR practices, change processes and the development of people and organizations
