About the role

  • Support financial reporting process by detailed reconciliation report, mapping and analysis of OTC trades and platform trades to stimulate seamless daily transaction
  • Daily ledger reconciliation, and review for completeness, accuracy and validity (CAV)
  • Actively participate in budget formulation and implementation process
  • Documentation and maintenance of cloud and physical (where necessary) files for source documents for all financial transactions
  • Handling tasks such as invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and audits
  • Actively involved in detailed data aggregation, financial operations and financial reporting
  • Contributing to various finance-related projects, such as process improvements or system upgrades
  • Review and documentation of cash advance and petty cash retirements and reimbursement
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–3 years in finance, accounting, or financial operations, ideally within tech or high-growth startups
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • A bias for action; you don’t wait for perfect instructions, you get things moving
