About the role

  • Further development of the GREYHOUND Server, a modern SaaS solution for customer service and document management.
  • Responsibility for stable, high-performance and maintainable Delphi components (Delphi 12).
  • Development of new features in areas such as telephony integration, AI capabilities, workflows, or archiving.
  • Close collaboration with other developers and product management.
  • Support for replacing the current customer portal as part of a replatforming project and assistance with smaller customizations.

Requirements

  • Ideally, prior experience in the e-commerce sector or a strong interest in it.
  • Solid professional experience as a developer.
  • Experience with common programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, Delphi, and PHP 8.x.
  • Preferably experience in developing complex systems with Delphi.
  • Interest in new technologies and topics such as AI, Cloud, Microservices, or integrations in the customer service context.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to work on-site at our Melle location 1–2 times per week.
