About the role

  • Support the project lead in business-as-usual (BAU) activities
  • Create and maintain project plans
  • Provide regular management reporting
  • Prepare project meetings and create to-do lists
  • Track and follow up on project progress

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in IT project management / IT PMO
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Experience working within corporate/group structures is desirable
  • Certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL or similar are a plus
