About the role
- Support in preparing and organizing processes for approval in GEM
- In-person tracking and processing of procedures in GEM
- Control of technical documentation (drawings, technical reports, forms, etc.)
- Assist with minor adjustments to air conditioning projects (AutoCAD)
- Liaise with internal teams to gather information
- Monitor the status of processes and deadlines
- Support standardization of documents and processes
- Assist in developing HVAC executive/detailed projects under the technical team's supervision when there are no GEM requests
- Report progress to the coordination team
Requirements
- Enrolled in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or related fields (from the 3rd semester onwards)
- Availability to intern full-time
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, and Excel
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
