About the role
- Define and execute the product roadmap for customer retention, including user accounts, loyalty programs, and engagement features
- Lead user research initiatives to deeply understand traveler behaviors, needs, and pain points
- Manage an interdisciplinary agile team of developers and designers
- Drive mobile app development working closely with iOS and Android teams
- Analyze retention metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities and validate decisions
- Align cross-functional stakeholders around retention goals and product strategy
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience with proven success in retention or engagement
- Strong track record developing user account systems and engagement features
- Hands-on mobile app development experience (iOS/Android)
- Deep expertise in user research methodologies
- Proven experience in agile environments leading interdisciplinary teams
- E-commerce or marketplace experience strongly preferred
