About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop Consultants and/or Associate Consultants

Requirements
What you’ll need- A strong track record in recruitment (ideally within professional services or similar high-value markets)
- Experience managing or mentoring others or a clear desire to step into leadership alongside proven experience delivering
- Commercial mindset with confidence in client-facing and business development activity
