About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead projects from award through to commissioning and final handover
Own project budgets, schedules, forecasts, risks and commercial performance
Develop and execute project delivery strategies
Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
Lead cross-functional engineering, procurement and manufacturing teams
Manage variations, claims, contract compliance and commercial negotiations
Drive project profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 10 years' project management experience within engineering, mining, oil & gas, industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capability
Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong client relationships
