About the role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Customer Success roles
- Recruit Customer Success profiles with accounting/finance backgrounds, requiring a more traditional recruitment approach
- Partner directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Country Manager Germany
- Source candidates from scale-up environments for Sales positions
Requirements
- Experience in scale-ups, ideally in FinTech (but it’s not a must have)
- Fluent in German and English (all internal communication and documentation are in English)
- Autonomous and operational, able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- At ease with accompanying a Country Manager from scratch in recruiting their entire team
