About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interpret business requirements to articulate the business needs to be addressed;
- Participate in meetings to interview and elicit requirements with clients;
- Analyze and specify requirements for vendor contracting;
- Map and design business processes;
- Validate, verify, and test deliverables;
- Monitor corrective requests during the warranty period;
- Create documentation and perform knowledge transfer to the support team in post-production, using methodologies based on market best practices;
- Specify screen prototypes.
