About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support daily financial operations;
Verify and enter information into financial systems;
Ensure the organization and updating of controls and processes;
Assist with monthly financial close and reconciliations;
Provide general administrative support across the company (process management, support for managers, internal and operational requests);
Support the finance manager with day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in administrative/financial roles;
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.);
Experience with financial systems (ERP experience is a plus);
Understanding of cash flow, reconciliations, and financial routines;
Strong organizational skills;
Attention to detail;
Proactive problem-solving skills;
Ability to handle volume and prioritize tasks;
Good communication skills (especially for coordinating with other areas).

Experience in technology or service companies;
Experience working with unstructured processes;
