About the role

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, from planning through analysis and synthesis of findings.
  • Conduct user and stakeholder interviews, usability tests, and hypothesis validation sessions.
  • Map end-to-end user journeys (before, during, and after service use), identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create flows, empathy maps, personas, and other artifacts that support product and design decision-making.
  • Establish and monitor user experience metrics.
  • Ensure solutions incorporate accessibility and inclusion principles from the outset.
  • Systematize research learnings and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Support the evolution of DesignOps practices, bringing efficiency and scale to UX processes.
  • Actively participate in ideation sessions, discovery, and Design Sprints with a strategic, user-centered perspective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in Design, Communication, Technology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in UX research and both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility.
  • Experience applying UX metrics and the ability to generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with Design Thinking, discovery processes, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, etc.).
  • Ability to work autonomously within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Intermediate English (technical reading and writing).
