About the role

  • Define and lead data modeling and solution architecture;
  • Oversee the development team, ensuring adherence to the defined architecture;
  • Ensure technical standards and software engineering best practices are followed;
  • Participate in architectural decisions and strategic planning for system evolution;
  • Ensure the quality, scalability, performance and security of developed solutions;
  • Serve as a technical reference, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Technology or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in software architecture and development;
  • Strong knowledge and experience with PHP (especially Laravel);
  • Experience with front-end development using React and Angular;
  • Advanced knowledge of database modeling and PostgreSQL administration;
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs and system integrations;
  • Advanced understanding of application infrastructure and DevOps practices, especially with Azure DevOps;
  • Ability to provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding adoption of best practices, design patterns and software architecture principles;
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban);
  • Analytical skills and a systems-level mindset to anticipate risks and propose sustainable solutions.
