About the role
- Define, implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.
- Automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code - IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Ensure scalability, performance and security of production and non-production cloud environments (preferably Azure).
- Implement and manage monitoring and observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack), ensuring system health and availability.
- Work on cost and performance optimization of cloud infrastructure.
- Actively collaborate with development teams to foster a DevOps culture and integrate DevSecOps practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application incidents in high-criticality environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in DevOps Engineering, SysAdmin or Infrastructure roles.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Cloud Computing platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar).
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Advanced scripting skills (Bash, Python or PowerShell) for task automation.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL) and basic administration practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
- Analytical and communication skills to act as a bridge between development and operations teams.
- Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
- Knowledge of application and infrastructure security (DevSecOps).
