Support the LEAP program by assisting faculty and workshop organizers in developing, refining, and finalizing scientific manuscripts and written reports
Capture key workshop outcomes, synthesize discussions, and translate complex scientific content into clear, accurate, publication-ready content
Write and edit scientific manuscripts and workshop reports for website posting and submission to peer-reviewed journals
Collaborate with faculty to synthesize content from LEAP workshops, including recordings and transcripts
Draft manuscripts based on faculty input, data summaries, and workshop outcomes
Assist with formatting, referencing, and submission processes for academic publications
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related technical/scientific field
One year writing experience, preferably in technical/scientific field
If degree is in a non-technical/scientific field, two years technical/scientific writing experience required
Writing samples may be required
Additional education may substitute for required experience per JHU equivalency formula
