About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with concepting, designing, and/or coding marketing collateral, including email, digital display, print, outdoor, video, and social media graphics
- Balance the show’s key artwork aesthetic with the local brand identity
- Receive feedback from creative leadership, regional marketing teams, and productions, and make necessary changes
- Prioritize and manage workload from concept through finished piece
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to support local marketing initiatives with collateral and creative assets
- Create accessible deliverables for audiences with different physical and cognitive abilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graphic design work experience through freelance, full-time, part-time, or internship employment required
- Knowledge and proficiency in HTML coding, including coding emails and websites
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, composition, color, and graphic design fundamentals
- Understanding of web and mobile responsive design concepts
- Strong visual aesthetics and compelling graphic design portfolio
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret creative briefs and HTML/CSS code
- Ability to effectively present information to national and regional marketing team members
- Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, WordPress, and CSS is a plus
- Motion graphics and video editing experience with proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus
